Greetings to the Families of the Two Rivers Subdivision:
Conducted by the Architectual Control Board (ACB), the annual meeting of the Two Rivers Subdivision of Mukwonago has been RESCHEDULED to Thursday, August 15th promptly at 7:15 pm at the Mukwonago Public Library. Our subdivision has witnessed several families occupying their new homes in the last year, and we certainly welcome their attendance for possibly the first time. Essentially, the meeting is convened to disseminate information in several areas:
Additionally, the Board may elect to secure individuals to make presentations that it deems may be relevant to the subdivision in general, or to certain homeowners specifically. Three specific issues are worth noting prior to the meeting:
The Board endorses the notion that presentations made by prominent members of the Mukwonago community should be requested and placed on the meeting agenda when available. Last year attendees enjoyed the address by Dr. Paul Strobel, Superintendent of the Mukwonago School System. This year, we are much enthused that Mr. Fred Winchowky, Village President, and Mr. Steven A. Braatz, Interim Village Administration and Clerk-Treasurer have agreed to attend our meeting and speak on several issues. President Winchowky has been deeply involved with the State Department of Transportation on the extensive HWY 83 improvement plans affecting the Village and will update homeowners on the conceptual strategies being discussed. Mr. Braatz will inform on various issues facing the Village and answer questions regarding the backdrop functions of the Village office. In addition, Mr. Braatz, who administers each election in the community, will answer questions regarding registration for future voting privileges after the meeting. Mark your calendar now ... we'll see you on THURSDAY, AUGUST 15TH at the Village Library at 7:15 pm. Respectfully, Ken Werner, Chairperson Amy Waller, Recorder The Architectural Control Board is committed to ensuring homeowner values in the Two Rivers Subdivision community through the promotion of safe and cooperative covenant maintenance disciplines.
