1: Introductions:
- The temporary ACB members introduced themselves.
- Mr. Bettinger, Mr. Melchior and Mr. Pedersen were elected with a unanimous show of hands voted in as ACB’s Mr. Bettinger and Pederson as co-chairs, and Mr Melchior as treasurer.
- The following people volunteered to be part of the ACB working groups:
- Mr. Chris Wilson, Scott Guttuso, Zak Bettinger and Christian Pedersen.
3: Finance:
- Per the presentation, financial results and past spending history were presented.
- The proposed and immediate collection of a $50.00 assessment fee, to cover upcoming expenses, were considered by attendees to be a reasonable level and will be collected ASAP.
- The goal is to handle future assessment fees with the ability to pay online. This however results in a change in website service level (and a higher expense) to offer electronic payment service.
- Please refer to presentation for a detailed overview of the issues covered. Overall, attendees comments from the floor acknowledged that focus must be on bring the subdivision back to a well lit, uniform and enforced architectural look. Several floor attendees expressed that the reason why the originally or recently moved to the subdivision was due to the existence of the ACB Covenants. One floor attendee expressed that their preference is a continuation and updating of the ACB vs. implementation of a Home Owners association. Overall there were interest in updating and extending the current ACB Covenants to cover not just new construction but also general maintenance and upkeep.
- There were differences in opinion concerning the Village Choice of erection of the eleven “No Parking” Signs.
- The floor asked for more frequent Subdivision public meetings. It was agreed to conduct a public meeting quarterly and post Minutes of Meeting on the website.
