Mailbox Information

The Covenants, section N, state, in part: "Lot owners are required to purchase a post lamp and mailbox from Developer at closing. Lot owners shall be responsible, at lot owner's cost, to install the post lamp and mailbox at locations selected by the Village, to insure harmony, safety and appearance in the Subdivision. Installation shall occur prior to occupancy unless frozen ground, snow or ice prevent installation at such time, in which case installation shall occur as soon as such conditions cease."

The mailboxes are aluminum, and generally are not subject to rust, rot, or general deterioration. Consequently, they usually do not need any work. However, mailboxes can be damaged (vehicles, vandalism, or wind come to mind). Parts and full mailboxes are available from:

Update on Vendor

Brandon Industries no longer appears to carry the "M4-A" mailbox, but instead has a model (TXF54-3015) that closely resembles it. The ACB recommends that residents contact Brandon Industries directly for replacement mailbox parts.
