According to the Covenants, "Recreational vehicles, including all trailers, shall not be kept, parked or stored on any lot outside of an enclosed garage without the prior approval ofthe Architectural Control Board. Recreational vehicles shall not be used or operatedwithin the Subdivision except on dedicated streets in accordance with applicable traffic laws."
Please don't keep RVs, boats, or trailers on your lot outside. Anything inside is fine. If a resident wants to keep an RV or boat in their driveway for a few days either before or after use, we'd appreciate a quick note through our contact us page. While there is no hard and fast limit of how long a boat or RV can be kept outside, if such a vehicle comes to our attention as having been there for more than a week, a letter requesting its removal may be sent.
