Current Yearly enforcement efforts
We take a fairly relaxed approach to enforcement here in the Two River subdivision. We like to have the standards enforced, and remain neighborly while we do it. This helps us maintain property values and keep the Village from forcing us to put in expensive street lights. We've chosen to not specifically list houses that are not following the covenants, but to rather provide a summary of what we've done to date in terms of upholding the covenants.
