 Two Rivers is a 191-lot subdivision in the Village of Mukwonago, WI.  All lots are zoned for single-family homes.

The Two Rivers Subdivision Covenants: "Renewal and Extension of the Covenants of Two Rivers Subdivision" has been recorded with the Register of Deeds of Waukesha County.  The extension, along with supporting signature documents, can be found on the Register of Deeds website. The document number is 4757008. The covenants are in effect as originally written in 1998 through Nov 3, 2038.

An assessment for $30 for each of the 191 lots has been established.  61 residents owed $55, as they did not pay the 2022 assessment.   Letters to all residents were mailed on May 25, 2024 with the amount due.  The due date is June 21, 2024.  If you feel the amount due in your letter is inaccurate, please use the contact page  on this site.  If you have a cancelled check (or image) from the 2022 assessment, your amount due can be adjusted.  If you purchased your home after May 2022 and you are being charged $55, please use the contact page  to request an adjustment. 3 lots have had their $55 amount adjusted to $30 through this process, so please let us know if you think your bill is wrong.

As of 12/10/2024, of 191 lots,
  • 165 have paid (86%)
  • 26 are outstanding (14%)

As of12/10/24, 42 of the 61 overdue assessments from 2022  have been paid this year, leaving only 19 overdue now.  Thanks!
