Covenants

The Two Rivers Subdivision is located in the Village of Mukwonago, within Waukesha County in Southeastern Wisconsin. The Subdivision Covenants are the guidelines used by the Architectural Control Board to insure appropriate lot improvements that protect lot owners against changes that detract from the value of their property and preserve, as far as it is practicable, the natural beauty of the Subdivision, among other objectives. The Covenants were recorded in the Register of Deeds for Waukesha County on September 6, 1996, and updated by the developer on Nov 3, 1998.
